Digitales Teamwork mit Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams bietet eine vollständig ausgestattete Umgebung für Chat, Online-Meetings und Dokumente. Microsoft Teams ermöglicht zudem die Integration der klassischen Telefonie - ein Client für alle Kommunikationsbedürfnisse.

Über den einfach zugänglichen, zentralen Arbeitsbereich von Microsoft Teams lassen sich eine Vielzahl von zusätzlichen Anwendungen integrieren, z.B. eine Pendenzenverwaltung oder Nachschlagewerke. Inhalte können einfach geteilt und Besprechungen mit Video, Chat oder einem interaktiven Whiteboard ergänzt werden.

Vorteile mit Microsoft Teams

  • Zusammenarbeit über Chat reduziert die tägliche Flut an E-Mails
  • Direkter Zugriff auf alle Projektinformationen
  • Dateien aus Microsoft Applikationen wie Word, Excel oder PowerPoint können direkt in Teams geöffnet und bearbeitet werden

Wie bringt Microsoft Teams die Projektinformationen zusammen?

Microsoft Teams organisiert die Daten in Arbeitsbereiche und Kanäle. Ein Arbeitsbereich kann dabei persistente Chats, Dateien, OneNote Notizen, Pendenzenlisten etc. umfassen. Dateien können direkt in Arbeitsbereichen für alle Teammitglieder geteilt werden oder über SharePoint oder OneDrive integriert werden.

 

Telefongespräche führen mit Microsoft Teams, wie funktioniert das?

Für die Sprachanbindung der Microsoft Teams Infrastruktur wird sowohl ein Session Border Controller als auch ein SIP-Trunk benötigt. Bestehende Festnetznummern werden für die Konfiguration des SIP-Trunks übernommen. Über den vorhandenen Internet Anschluss wird das Unternehmen an die Cloud Lösung angebunden. Wir betreiben die dafür notwendige Infrastruktur in hochverfügbaren Schweizer Rechenzentren, sie brauchen sich um nichts zu kümmern.

Welche Möglichkeiten bietet Microsoft Teams für die mobile Zusammenarbeit?

Microsoft Teams steht als Windows oder macOS Version zur Installation auf Computern oder Notebooks zur Verfügung. Die Web Applikation ermöglicht die Nutzung von Microsoft Teams über den Web Browser ohne Installation von Software, ebenso sind Android- und iOS Apps verfügbar.

Wesentliche Funktionen wie Chat, Video Conferencing, Telefonie und der Zugriff auf Unternehmensdaten stehen mit allen Varianten des Microsoft Team Clients zur Verfügung. Rufen sie unterwegs mit ihrem Smartphone Informationen ab, welche zuvor von einem Mitarbeitenden im Unternehmen erfasst wurden. Nehmen sie an Online Meetings teil, am Arbeitsplatz mit ihrem Notebook oder von unterwegs mit ihrem Smartphone. Greifen sie mit jedem beliebigen Endgerät auch ohne installierte Software auf ihre Daten zu, Multifaktor-Authentifizierung stellt dabei sicher, dass nur sie auf die Daten zugreifen können.

 

Wie funktioniert die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Lieferanten ausserhalb der Organisation?

Externe Kontakte können per E-Mail zu Chats oder Online Meetings eingeladen werden. Für Teilnehmer ohne Microsoft Teams Client ist auch die Einwahl über Festnetz oder Mobiltelefon möglich. Externe Teilnehmer werden als "Gast" gekennzeichnet und sind so einfach von Mitarbeitenden ihrer Organisation zu unterscheiden. Auch der Zugriff auf Teams oder Kanäle von Microsoft Teams ist möglich, Administratoren können steuern, welche Funktionen und Zugriffe für Gäste möglich sind.

Für die Teilnahme an Microsoft Teams Sitzungen ist keine Installation von Software notwendig, der Zugang erfolgt über den bevorzugten Web Browser.

 

Welche Voraussetzungen sind für Microsoft Teams notwendig?

Microsoft Teams setzt die Nutzung von Microsoft 365 voraus. Für Nutzer von Microsoft Teams ist eines der nachfolgenden Lizenzmodelle Voraussetzung:

  • Microsoft 365 Business Basic
  • Microsoft 365 Business Standard
  • Microsoft 365 Business Premium

 

Welche Optionen für Microsoft Teams gibt es?

Microsoft Teams ist Teil der Microsoft 365 Lizenzpakete und ermöglicht nach Konfiguration die Nutzung von Chat und Online Meetings. Für die Integration von Telefoniefunktionen mit Rufnummer ist für jeden Benutzer die Option "Business Voice" notwendig. Darin enthalten ist auch das Audio Conferencing für die Teilnahme an Online-Meetings ohne Microsoft Teams über eine Einwahlnummer. Reine Audiokonferenzen sind mit bis zu 250 Teilnehmern möglich.
